Because coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened bags.
If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of deliveryat support@stoneandcrawford.com. We will gladly exchange or replace any unopened items that meet these conditions.
